how do i download world of war craft without using a cd because my disc opener wont work that doesnt bother me so dont worry about that i just want to know what website can i get it download and give me step by step because i want to play it fast

I had the same problem, my disc drive was shot. I went to worldofwarcraft.com, entered in the key code that was included with the cd’s and was able to download the whole shebang right from the website.
It took a long time, but I didn’t really have a choice besides getting a new disc drive.
Not surprising that you can’t figure it out since you posted this in the Military section…
