Can you simply go to one of those week-long real estate schools like residential real estate licensing? And what are the qualities that help a person succeed in commercial real estate sales? Is this a young person's game? Can you start and succeed at middle age? Would like to bank 70k-100k? Is this reasonable? ...more»

At first i was thinking of becoming a residential real estate agent but then, someone told me about commercial real estate and i was wondering would that be a better career choice and does it work the same as residential. I want to get my license to do commercial and residential real estate apprasials, but I am worried about the current real estate market.
